Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell is an American actress. Born March 27, 1970, she is 5'9 inches tall. Mitchell is most famous for playing her character Dr. Juliet Burke in ABC's Lost TV show and FBI agent Erica Evans in V. The Escape Clause as well as Gia. Mitchell is currently a co-star on Eric Kripke's show Revolution which airs on NBC. Joseph Day Mitchell her stepfather and her mother are lawyers based out of Dallas. Her most prominent role is currently her role as the character of Special Agent Emily Prentiss on the CBS crime-drama Criminal Minds. The role she played on Criminal Minds was reduced to just half for the sixth series, according to reports from June of 2010. Brewster's character was removed from Criminal Minds in March of 2011, however she may be back later.
